If your piece needs to be resized or there is a defect we will work with you to make it perfect for you. Please contact us within 48 hours so that we can help. We want you to love your purchase.  All domestic packages are shipped via FEDEX overnight or 2-day, fully insured of the full value, and will require a signature upon arrival. Please note that return shipments for ring sizings or repairs will be the client’s responsibility, although SCOUT can facilitate providing an insured label.

 All international packages are shipped via DHL and it is the responsibility for the customer to pay all taxes and duties. 

 If you are local to San Diego you are welcome to pick up your jewelry from our showroom. Please contact us to arrange a time as the showroom is open for appointment only.
